Security Concept Planning (SCP) / Preliminary Facility Design Development (PFDD)

The SCP / PFDD will look into facility characteristics and potential vulnerabilities of the infrastructure’s design. It will also present an initial concept of how a particular infrastructure could be protected.

Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA) / Blast Effects Analysis (BEA)

The TVRA is an in-depth study conducted to identify the risk of potential threats against the facility and it’s Critical Assets are assessed. The BEA comprises of an in-depth explosive effects analysis on the facility and an assessment of the potential damage from a specific blast threat scenario identified within the TVRA.

Structural Resilience Study (SRS)

The SRS is a study which follows up from the BEA Report and there will be proposed mitigation measures such as Physical Hardening Measures (PHM) for an infrastructure’s structural elements and non-structural elements to mitigate the blast effects identified within the TVRA / BEA.

Security Protection Plan (SPP)

The SPP presents methods, solutions and practical measures to protect an infrastructure based on the desired protection level. Detailed security planning will be documented in the SPP.

Tender Preparation / Evaluation

The details documented within the SPP will be prepared and incorporated into the stakeholder’s tender document for contractors’ invitation. Once the tender exercise reaches a closure, the team would evaluate and provide clear and concise recommendations based on their professional experience for the stakeholder’s final decision making process towards a contract.
